Thank you for making these beers. For years I’ve been longing for great tasting lower ABV brews. The current bigger is better trend to over-hopped, high ABV brews has left me longing for a good beer that I can have with a burger on a Wednesday night that won’t leave me groggy in the morning. You’ve answered the call and I hope you keep at it. I’d love to see more good, clean representations of classic ales and lagers on the market. You’re filling a niche that hasn’t been discovered, but that I’m convinced needs filling. Thank you for not following the crowd to 10% ales brewed with peat, cloves and juniper berries and making great, clean, crisp, classic sessionable brews… my liver thanks you too.
